Perhaps a dinosaur more appropriate for the times would have a better effect, overall, as this one is too anachronistic. Actually, the "dragon" from the Reeves movie "Hercules" would be perfect, as it looks just very much like some kind of Theropod. Maybe a title change, too, to something more like, "Maciste Against the Lost World", or, "Son of Hercules vs. the Stone Age Monsters". Gordon Scott was perhaps my favorite of the Sword 'n Sandal stars.
